March 2010 (ESS) – OSRAM Opto Semiconductors has officially launched the SSL micro site http://www.ledlight.osram-os.com <file://www.ledlight.osram-os.com> . This new site is dedicated to Solid State Lighting for General Illumination and reflects our continuing effort to build our voice and presence in this new, emerging market. The new SSL micro site is our first beta test site designed to begin to communicate in a more concise and dynamic manner. It is designed to create a conversation and build a new community of LED users and fans.
March 2010 (ESS) – To help round out the wireless connectivity solutions, Everest signs an agreement with the world leader in Mobile antennas. Hirschmann is a total antennae solution for applications such as , GPS, GSM, UMTS & 3G. As well as satellite solutions for Iridium, Orbcom and Globalstar.
February 2010 (ESS) – Everest Sales & Solutions, receives the franchise for all of Mexico with one of the leaders in Smart Metering, Teridian Semiconductor. A provider of IC's for Energy Management, Communication, Control and Security.
August 2009 (ESS) – Fairchild - Everest Sales & Solutions signs on one of the original semiconductor manufactures on September 2009. August 26-28, 2009 (ESS) – OSRAM/Avnet/Everest - Annual Solid State Lighting Seminars were held in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey during the last week of August 2009 with over 360 attendees. OSRAM was the featured supplier with topics covering all aspects of designing with LEDS and all the supporting optics, power, thermal, and connectivity controls also featured were Fairchild, California Eastern Labs & Wakefield Thermal solutions off the Everest line card. From the Avnet side National, TI, Maxim and Ledil also covered their lighting solutions.
July 2009 (ESS) – Vincotech - A contract was signed with them in July 2009, A supplier of TS16949 GPS receiver & GPS Antenna Receiver module based ob the SIRF chip sets (Formerly known as Siemens Telecom Group, which later became TYCO Electronic Modules).

June 18, 2007 (ESS) – CONACYT is the “National Council of Science and Technology.” CONACYT drives and distributes a huge majority budget that the Mexican government assigns to technology development.
For more than 30 years CONACYT has played a crucial roll forwarding technology advancements in Mexico. As of today, the most important Investigators, Universities, and Enterprises focused on technology development, are part of this huge national council.
CONACYT has accepted Everest Sales and Solutions as a member of its registered program. Everest is now part of this national network.
